if someone commits a felony while being a u.s. legal resident, gets probation, stays out of trouble, hires an?
extremely expensive immigration attorney do they still have a shot of obtaining american citizenship in the distant future? will all the money in the world help out?
A legal resident wouldn’t need to obtain citizenship , but if you are speaking of an illegal resident then you would first need to get the felony expunged off of your record and then proceed with obtaining citizenship
