Why are there some spouting Racist statements over the immigration issues? Are you that immature or obtuse?
Perhaps this is the wrong forum for rational discussions on the issue. Some have tried to call me racist on this board, not quite sure why. I honestly do not care how you characterize yourself, nor what color you are. I am only interested in understanding different viewpoints.
In the past I was a Manager of more than 200 employees, and had employees of varying backgrounds. And of course the race card would come up when it was convenient. But every time employees of similar backgrounds, not just race, would come to my defense as they saw the person was just making excuses. One employee would leave for 4 hours while working and got mad when she was called on it, so then it was about race not her performance. So dont go talking about the race card with me unless you have something to back it up, bcs i do not like excuses, nor the crutch of entitlement.
Where are the responses from those labling me a racist? I would like to see your justification…
Don’t let it bother you. It’s a last ditch effort to justify ILLEGAL actions. The race card no longer holds any meaning here.
