Immigration lawyers, are they worth it to help me immigrate to Canada?
I’ve had it with my home country, and it’s certainly not gonna get better with time so I’m looking into moving to Canada, Quebec specifically, I’m a recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in IT, certified in CCNA and 3+ years of experience in the same, and I know Spanish, English and French.
If lawyers are indeed worthwhile, then can someone recommend me one? I already have Benchetrit & Associates in mind, but I want to know if there are better and/or less expensive lawyers. Is there a website with reviews or personal experiences with them?
Thanks.
NO
Lawyers are not worth anything unless you have a criminal background or something that may prevent you from immigrating
You still have to run around and get all the documents and fill out the forms and then you have to pay the lawyer for doing virtually nothing except posting things off – something that you can do for free
most applicants can and do immigrate to Canada with NO help from lawyers.
