im getting married next to an american citizen, came here with a student visa and stop going to school for a while, once i get married when can i go back to school and pa in state tuition , i live in texas…
please help me with all the details please ,
1. when and how can i apply for working permit
2.how much should a lawyer cost?

When you get married, if you are already in the US (and preferably legally) you can apply for a green card and legal status as a spouse. It takes a while for the paperwork to be processed but you can then work in the US. YOu should not need a lawyer if you are currently in status and just applying for a spousal visa/PR

To get in-state tuition in PA you have to have the green card AND live in PA.
