Do I need to go talk to a immigration lawyer? Can it increase the chances for them to come to US?
I need your help! My cousin is hard of hearing or hearing-impaired. She lives in the Philippines. Her family was denied a visa to come to US twice. I want to do it for her bright future and good education. Do I need to go see Atty. Michael Gurfinkel or not? What do you think? I need your opinion. Thanks!
I would pay a lawyer for a consultation to find out what your options are. If you’re up for the task, do it yourself. If not, hire professional help. A good AILA member immigration attorney can only help your case. People often don’t realize how complex the issues are in immigration law.
