What is the best way for a person from the UK to move to the United States?
My friend wants to relocate from the UK to the US and start his own business in So. CA. With the tough immigration laws, we can’t seem to find an easy way for him to come to the States & do this without having to go back after his Visa expires in 3 months. Anyone out there who can speak from experience or offer advice? Is the best way to get help from a lawyer, even though they cost a fortune?? Any help/advice is GREATLY appreciated!
Not the nicest way but he could always marry a US citizen. my aunt married a canadian and he now lives in the US legally
