I lost my I 94, I’ve already tried I 102, inmigration can not find it.?
My entry was 25 years ago, it has been an battle, years ago I lost all my paper work including I94 and have not been able to finalize my legal status. Talked to different attorneys and they all say I need I94 but it does not show up on inmigration records, I’m stuck, any suggestions?
The only way to be successful with an I-102 application is to follow the instructions. They say that you must submit a copy of the original I-94, but you don’t have one.
The instructions say that you can submit a copy of the biographical page of your passport and a copy of the page showing the admission stamp or other evidence of your admission. In the absence of evidence of your admission, it’s possible you were not inspected and admitted. If you cannot substantiate your claim, the I-102 cannot be approved.
If your attorneys cannot provide you with a solution, and you cannot satisfy the requirements of the I-102 form, there’s a strong chance you cannot prove that you lawfully entered the U.S. As you know, there is not an list of 100 solutions to this problem.
