Do people understand that the Arizona Law isn’t an immigration law, but a law enforcement law?
That is why Obama has no case. That law was vary carefully constructed to be bullet proof from challenge. It was written by some of the best constitutional lawyers in the country to be so. There is no wording that mentions Arizona doing their own punishment or deporation of illegals. It’s just a more efficient method of capturing them for ICE. It neither usurps federal authority or violates civil rights. Obama is only wasting taxpayers money so he can arouse Hispanic voters in November, and maybe raise pressure for Amnesty.
