I was denied an immigration (42b) till my lawyer can prove I was inspected in 1989?
What else is there to do? i have been going threw deportation hearings since 2001 and im married to my wife which is a us citizen for almost 6 years and my 3 year old son is also a us citizen .Any immigration lawyers that delt with cases like this before? The judge wants the government and my lawyer back to court march 2008 with a letter showing from my lawyer and the government why and why not they think my husband doesnt qualify for the 42b.
Where’s the passport from 1989? That clearly will show your entry into the country and the fact that you were “inspected.”
