Will deportation show up if going to another country?
My cousin went to Canada on a tourist visa and overstayed there for a few years. She tried to make her stay legal, but all the lawyers she went to just took her money and basically gave her $hite. She got deported last year and went back to her home country. She is desperate to get out of the country and work overseas (she is a registered nurse), so she could help her parents, who are now frail and elderly.
She is worried that her deportation will show up on her record. She wants to go visit me here in England.
They are going to know. Her file will be flagged and will pop up instantly if she tires to go back to Canada.
