How can I find an immigration lawyer specializing in helping International Student matters?
I would like to get advice and a consultation.
Preferably located somewhere in SC
most campuses have an international student advisor, they are great and will steer you in the right direction.
look up a college in the area that you want to go study and go onto their website they will most certainly have an email / phone number for international student services. Always really helpful people.
Remember when applying for a student visa you need to prove you are going back to your country of origin so to consult an immigration attorney would show your intent to stay and that would be bad.
