immigration–green card application?
Does anyone have experiences applying green card in the non profit organization ex: the university ? How long will it take to get the green card in your case? I am not the postdoc just the regular staff. please share the experience.
As you are staff member you must be on H1B. Employment based immigration is screwed up and for people from India/china it will take 10-12 years to get a green card. Understand the EB process as its very complex. check out www.immigrationvoice.org as there are lot of people trying to get GC being on H1B
