Confusion about Immigration Laws?
Okay Im getting Married to a man who doesnt have citizenship, residancy or permission to be in this country. I know that he can go back to his country and I can visit and petition him as a fiancee but he had said also we can get married here and i can give him papers that way- the thing is is that i heard if we do it that way the government can deport him just because theyre having a bad day because he came here totally illegally. Im really not positive if thats true but I am scared to death it could happen. Also, he really wants to visit his family in Honduras..is there anyway he can do that if we get married here?
One last little thing- anyone know a good immigration lawyer in VA
I think you are being set up…..think of the penalties your false marriage will incur upon you….prison. Not good.
