Does anyone know a good immigration lawyer in Northern NJ? (Hackensack area)?
I’m planning on marrying my girlfriend, who is here in the US, but has overstayed her J1 visa by two years. She is not subject to the 2 year foreign residency requirement, so after marriage I want to apply for a change of status and get her leagl. Does anyone know a reputable lawyer?
