USCIS must serve better and faster for those legal immigrant applicants (customers paid required fees) before millions illegal immigrants get-in-line. Were so frustrated with USCIS officers worked in Tortoise manner; They getting good paycheck every month, sitting in comfortable rooms enjoy their life, while innumerable applicants suffering from their employers (I-485 application pending).

My dad was in the same situation. FBI took forever to complete the name check. It many calls to INS to finally get them to do their job.

Attorney’s will soak you off in fee’s! There are several lawyers that cost $600 A SESSION! There is a website out there that let’s you station questions, and it allows attorney’s to offer on your legal question…..novel concept….it helps push back the cost of legal advice down.
