How is the best (safest&fastest) way to get the Canada’s Permanent Residence?

I have tried to browse on the internet about Canada’s Permanent Residence. and i tried a free assesment test at one of the website which provides the immigration service to Canada with a lawyer consultation. It is said that my qualifications are qualified enough for applying the Canada’s PR. but i’m still looking for some infos to get the fastest but safest way to guarantee that my application will be accepted. Any reccomendations from any of you who know about this?

Permanent Resident Card: Who can apply

You are eligible for a Permanent Resident Card only if you have entered Canada through the immigration process and have been granted permanent resident status.
If you become a Canadian citizen, you do not need a Permanent Resident Card.
You can apply for a Permanent Resident Card if:

* you are a permanent resident of Canada and
* you are not a Canadian citizen or a registered Indian under the Indian Act.

About being a permanent resident of Canada
As a permanent resident, you receive certain rights and privileges, even though you remain a citizen of your home country.
What permanent residents can do
As a permanent resident, you and your dependants have the right:
* To receive most social benefits that Canadian citizens receive, including health care coverage
* To live, work or study anywhere in Canada
* To apply for Canadian citizenship. For more information on becoming a Canadian citizen, see Apply for Citizenship on the left-hand side of this page
* To protection under Canadian law and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
You must pay taxes, and respect all Canadian laws at the federal, provincial and municipal levels.

What permanent residents cannot do
As a permanent resident, you and your dependants cannot:

* Vote or run for political office
* Hold certain jobs that have a high-level security clearance requirement
* Remain in Canada if you are convicted of a serious criminal offence and have been told to leave the country.

Keeping your permanent resident status
Your permanent resident status allows you to live in Canada, but there is also a time limit on how long you can live outside the country. To keep your status as a permanent resident, you must live in Canada for at least two years within a five-year period.
For further information on residency obligations, please see Appendix A of Applying for a Permanent Resident Card, which can be found under Find an Application Form or Guide in the I Need To… section of this page.
Losing your permanent resident status

There are several ways you could lose your permanent resident status:

* A permanent resident who does not meet their residency obligations could lose permanent resident status.
* If convicted of a serious crime, a permanent resident may be deported from Canada.

When you become a Canadian citizen, you are no longer a permanent resident.
The Permanent Resident Card

If you intend to travel, the Permanent Resident Card is the official proof of your status as a permanent resident in Canada.

This wallet-sized plastic card is required for all permanent residents of Canada seeking to re-enter Canada on a commercial carrier (airplane, boat, train or bus).

If you leave the country, you will need this card to return to Canada. If you do not plan to leave the country, you do not need the card.
___________________________________________

Although the above information is about PR status, it does not specifically answer your question regarding guarantees of acceptance in a speedy manner. That is because there is no speedy way to obtain PR status. No matter who or what you are, it will take a long time. You do not need a lawyer or a consultant to work through the qualification questionnaire. I hope you didn’t pay for that. What you will need, however, is a lot of patience, skills and experience that Canada needs and an understanding that we are currently dealing with close to 1 million applications already. Given that we only accept about 250,000 new immigrants each year, you can see that it will take at least 4 years for the process to take place. So, please give up this idea of quick’n'easy because there just isn’t one.
