If any problems arise, just ask an immigration officer at a local INS office. Lawyers charge way too much money for these people usually under financial duress.
I did all of my own paperwork for my fiance’s visa. You are right – it’s very easy. They even give you checklists to print out to make sure you have all the documents you need. Don’t waste your money on an attorney for this.
